Our pricing & terms

We have a simple rates structure aligned with trade wages in our region. Our rates are reviewed annually after consultation with colleagues in our region in landscaping, construction, horticulture as well as our clients, who's feedback is highly valued.

Initial quote meetings within our local area are free of charge, if out of area travel is required (more than 30 mins from base in Bendalong) we will ask for a small fee to cover this expense and time. 

 Qualified team for all works, consultations, design:  
1 x skilled team member $75/hour or $500/day* + GST
2 x skilled team members with truck and tools $125/hour or $900/day* + GST
*Day rate is for an 8 hour day on site with 3 rest breaks (1 hour total) through the day.
Out of area allowance $75 per person, per day outside normal area plus budget accomodation near site as required/agreed at clients expense. *As a policy we do not stay on site or on client properties.
Workshop facilitation  $900 + costs + GST / 3 hour session + prep / 2 facilitators 
Plants, machinery & materials  Cost + 10% contingency + Delivery + GST
Collection & delivery of materials  $2 per km + $45/hour + GST (Up to 2.5t or at supplier rate + 10%)
