Our pricing & terms

We have a simple rates structure aligned with trade wages in our region. Our rates are reviewed annually after consultation with colleagues in our region in landscaping, construction, horticulture as well as our clients, who's feedback is highly valued.

Initial quote meetings within our local area are free of charge, if out of area travel is required (more than 30 mins from base in Bendalong) we will ask for a small fee to cover this expense and time. 

Jimmy's consultancy time reflects his experience and qualifications (B, Design, Dip. Permaculture, Cert III Landscape Construction) and access to his network of skilled and permaculture-primed trades people and suppliers.

3-Tiered team rates structure: 
General hands, garden maintenance legends and labourers: $60/h + GST (up from $50/H) 
Landscapers and landscape trades (those who bring specialised tools / skills): $80/h + GST 
Permaculture landscape design, consultancy and project management: $100/h + GST
Other fees, rates and charges:
Out of area allowance $50 per person, per day outside normal area (Ulladulla, Milton, Bendalong etc) not including budget accomodation near site as required/agreed at clients expense. *Please note we typically don't stay on site or on client properties as policy.
Workshop facilitation  $900 + costs + GST / 3 hour session + prep / 2 facilitators 
Plants, machinery & materials  Cost + 10% contingency + Delivery + licensed operator if required + GST
Collection & delivery of materials  $2 per km + time + GST (Up to 2.5t or at supplier rate + 10%)
